Important:Cove Melbourne cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country. The time customs authorities take to release a package is beyond our control.

Unclaimed Packages:If a customer does not collect their package within the specified time frame and the package is returned to us, the customer will also be responsible for paying the shipping costs to resend the package.

Order Cancellation:If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, as orders are quickly processed and forwarded to our warehouse.
